A consult by phone

There are two ways to contact consultants by phone via our platform. Calling with credits or calling via Premium Rate.

Calling with credits

You need an account to call with credits. Creating an account is very easy. Once you have created an account, you can deposit credits into your wallet. With these credits you can call a consultant, make a call appointment, chat and/or send a text consult.

How do you get in touch?

Your account has an account-pincode. When you call for the first time, our system will ask for this account-pincode. This account-pincode can be found in your account but also in the pop-up when you press the “CALL” button. The phone number to call with credits is: 070 7000 000.

Follow the instructions to get in touch with the desired consultant.

If you call with caller ID, our system will recognize your number the next time. You do not have to enter your account-pincode again. You can also manually add a phone number.

If your phone number is linked to your account, you can get in touch with consultants even more easily. By pressing the “CALL” button our system sets up the consultation between you and the consultant. In this case you will be called by the system.

Did you know that when you call via credits, you only start paying for the consultation when the consultant has answered?

Calling without an account

It is also possible to contact consultants by telephone without creating an account. You pay for this consultation via your telephone bill. You can then call: 0909 7000000.

Follow the instructions to get in touch with the desired consultant. It is important to check the profile to see whether the consultant can be reached via this method.
