Here you can read everything about a customer account and its advantages. With an account you can, for example, make call appointments, chat, easily contact consultants by telephone and much more.
The navigation bar is visible throughout the website when you are logged in. Here you will find a number of useful functions quickly and easily. Here you can:
You enter the Dashboard when you log in. On the Dashboard you can see the most important parts at a glance. You can easily collapse and unfold these parts to keep an overview.
On the Dashboard you will find:
On the Notifications page you will find all messages that you have received from the system or from consultants.
In the Account tab you will find everything about your account. Your details such as your pseudonym, account-pincode and date of birth. You can also manage your linked phone numbers and add new ones here. If you have linked a phone number, you can more easily get in touch with consultants.
In this section you will find the call appointments you have made. You can also cancel call appointments here.
In this section you will find your latest consults. You can also click here to view the details of the consult. With chat consults and text consults you can view your conversation.
In this section you will find the consultations for which you can leave a review and rating. You can provide a consultation with a review if the consultation lasted longer than 5 minutes. Here you can also view the reviews you have posted and the responses from consultants.
In this section you will find all your mutations. A handy overview of incoming and outgoing transactions.
In this section you manage your favorite consultants and see their current status. You can save consultants as favorites by clicking on the “heart” on the homepage or their profile page.
The pin code can be found both on your Dashboard and in your Account section. You must of course be logged in to your account for this. Keep the account-pincode to yourself at all times.
You use the account-pincode to identify your account when you call our number. This is only necessary if you have not linked a phone number or if you are calling without caller ID.
With the account you have full control over your expenses. You can also get in touch with consultants more easily and in several ways.
