The importance of reviews

Through the reviews, customers can see in advance how a consultant is performing. The customer experiences are used as a guideline for the optimization of our services. That is why we have opted for a rating system that ensures that customers receive an honest presentation of the consultant’s specialties.

How does it work?

You can provide a consultation with a review if the consultation lasted longer than 5 minutes. A review consists of an assessment by means of stars (1 to 5), a piece of written text and an endorsement. Your reviews and the option to give a new review can be found in the Tab Reviews.

Review

With every review, you must provide the consultation with a rating. You give a rating by choosing the number of stars (1 to 5). By means of this rating you indicate how good you thought the consultation was.

The review

When giving the review you have the option to add a piece of written text. Here you can in your own words indicate what you thought of the consultation. A bad review is of course also posted, otherwise the system would be of no use. The only things the system does look at are certain words and insulting statements.

Endorsements

You can also provide a review with an endorsement. Endorsements are pre-selected categories and subcategories indicated by the system. Within these categories you can select the topics that the consultation was about and what you thought the consultant was good at. These endorsements will also appear on the consultant’s profile.
